We do not sell, trade, or rent our users' personal identification data to third parties. However, we may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table in Section 4:
- Service Providers: External third-party service providers acting as processors based inside or outside the UK who provide e-commerce hosting platforms (such as Shopify Inc.), IT and system administration services, and logistics/delivery operations to transport your ordered goods safely.
- Professional Advisers: Acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers based in the UK who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.

If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce infrastructure allowing us to distribute our goods. Consequently, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed outside of the United Kingdom (for instance, to Canada and the United States) where Shopify or our integrated service providers house cloud infrastructure.
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:
- We will transfer your personal data to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the UK Government.
- Where we use certain service providers, we may use specific Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) alongside the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) which give personal data the same protection it has in the UK.
8. CREDIT CARD AND PAYMENT SECURITY
The security of your financial data is of paramount importance to us.
- Encryption: All payment transactions performed on our website are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.
- Data Minimisation: We do not store your full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. All direct payment processing is executed securely via PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).
- Shopify Gateway Security: If you select a direct payment gateway to complete your transaction, your credit card data is securely encrypted under PCI-DSS rules. Transaction details are retained only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction, after which the transaction records are cleared.
- MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order) Security: We do not natively process physical mail orders or phone financial logs. Should authorized personnel receive physical documentation containing card details, these materials are processed directly into secure portals and immediately destroyed via cross-cut shredding. Digital logging of CVV/CVC codes is explicitly prohibited within our communication channels.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, altered, disclosed, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and applicable UK legal requirements (such as holding invoice and transaction data for a minimum of 6 years to satisfy UK tax law).
